Deep Reset & Detox
Initial Treatment - 2h, 110€
The initial treatment serves as a powerful first step in your healing journey. We’ll begin by discussing your main concerns, medical history, and what you hope to achieve through Five Element Acupuncture. This conversation helps me understand your unique needs and how I can support you best.
Following this, I will conduct a detailed physical and energy assessment, using pulse diagnostics to evaluate the state of energy in your organs and meridians. I will then perform a focused treatment aimed at reseting and deeply detoxifying your energy, laying a strong foundation for future sessions.
Rebalance and Strenghten
Standard treatment - 1h, 80€
During Rebalance and Strengthen treatments, I focus on releasing energy blockages in your system while strengthening the energy of your organs and meridians. This is done using acupuncture needles and moxibustion -- Chinese herbal heat therapy to support balance and vitality.
After the Initial Treatment I recommend weekly Rebalance and Strengthen treatments for the first four weeks to establish a strong foundation for restoring healthy energy flow. Sessions can then be spaced out based on progress, lifestyle, and individual needs.
